Walk and Talk Counselling
Step into a new way of therapy. Walk and Talk combines traditional talking therapy with the healing power of nature. Walking side by side can help you feel more comfortable sharing your thoughts, while movement and fresh air encourage a freer, more relaxed mind.
Remote Video and Phone Counselling
I provide online and telephone sessions, offering flexible support wherever you feel most comfortable. Together, we’ll decide which method works best for you before starting.
What is counselling
Counselling is a talking therapy that gives you a safe, private space to explore challenges and feelings that may be difficult to share with others.

As a trained and registered counsellor, I offer a caring, client-centred approach tailored to your unique needs. You are the expert of your life, and together, we’ll explore what works best for you in a safe, non-judgemental space.

Walk and Talk Counselling

Walk and Talk Counselling combines traditional talking therapy with the healing power of nature. Walking side by side in a calm, natural environment can help you feel more relaxed and open, making it easier to explore your thoughts and emotions.
Some clients find that being outdoors:
Reduces anxiety linked to eye contact in a counselling room
Helps them feel physically and mentally unblocked
Encourages reflection and clarity while moving
Your first session will take place online to discuss confidentiality and expectations, and we can decide together if walking outdoors suits you. Walk and Talk is flexible — we can return to indoor sessions at any time or adjust according to the season.

Fees
I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation where we can discuss your needs and how I can support you.
Session Fees
£60 per 60-minute assessment session
£60 per 50-minute Walk & Talk session
£60 per 50-minute daytime session
£65 per 50-minute evening session
£70 per 50-minute weekend session
I offer both short-term and long-term counselling, and can adjust session frequency to suit your needs.
