Hi, I’m Agnieszka – Aga, founder of Aga Counselling. I’m an Integrative Counsellor, using a variety of therapeutic approaches — Person-Centred Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy — to find what works best for you.
I take a holistic, collaborative approach, which means you are the expert in your own life. My role is to provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.
I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, LGBTQ+ related concerns, and life transitions, supporting those who are ready to reflect, gain clarity, and take meaningful steps toward wellbeing.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their ethical framework and principles.
